Although we maintain standard pricing on all of our pieces, from time to time
prices will have to be increased when there is a substantial change in the
silver and gold markets. Prices are based on a $7.00 oz. silver market. When
silver prices fluctuate, a silver surcharge will be added to the price of the
item.
When personalizing a product, why am I required to enter a full name if I only need initials? TOP
In order to properly personalize your item, it is important to know which initial is first, which one is the middle initial, and which one is the last name initial. By entering a full name, we know the personalization will be done the correct way – which most times will be in the order of first initial, middle initial, last initial (ex: ACB for Anna Blake Cole). Don’t worry if you enter your full name! We will switch the order to reflect the proper way to personalize your item.
If I pay for upgraded shipping such as 2nd-day, does that mean that my order will arrive within two days? And, what is your normal turn around time? TOP
If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order within the amount of days you paid to have the order ship.
Personalizing an item takes time, and there is usually a frame of a few days to get your item out the door. Typically our turnaround time is 2-3 business days, but will vary by product. Remember, a majority of our items are hand-made and personalized in-house.
Once you order is shipped, then the days for expedited shipping go into effect
Turn Around Time:
Our chosen manufacturer operates on a two (2) day turn around. Turn around time does NOT include shipping time. Our turn around time may vary during peak seasons. This would include holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's and peak Show Schedules in January and July. At these times, our turn around time could change to a 3-4 day turn around.
What do I do if I need to clarify anything or have any questions after I’ve submitted an order? TOP

Does the engraving fee reflect the price per letter? TOP
No. The personalization fee is a flat $8 for most items. It doesn’t
matter if you ask for one initial, three initials, or a name – it is
all the same charge. (A pair of earrings is considered one piece.)
Engraving on mother/grandmother gifts cost $6 per space/head.
The back of any item is considered a separate engraving charge. Example: The front of a pendant engraving charge would be $8.00, and the back of that same pendant would be another $8.00 charge. The same would apply to Mother/Grandmother jewelry. There is a $6.00 charge for the front and another $6.00 charge if the back is to be engraved.
Hand engraving is $40.00 per piece. Highly trained master engravers do this and each piece is hand chiseled.
Embroidered items are $8.00 per item.

Can all fonts be done on all items? TOP
No. Keep in mind that there are several exceptions when it comes to using fonts on certain items. For instance, a round font cannot be used on embroidered items such as handbags. And, likewise, a sydney font cannot be used on engraved items such as sterling silver jewelry.
Also, remember that cursive is a font that can only be used for full names, not initials.
If there is a discrepancy concerning fonts on your order, you will be contacted by the customer service department. Please pay close attention to the instructions on our personalization page on the website once you have selected an item.
Why are my initials monogrammed in the order of first, last, then middle initial? TOP
This specific order is a standard in personalization. In most instances, the last name initial will be the largest initial in the center (ex: ACB for Anna Blake Cole). This puts emphasis on the last name and centers it as well. Fonts that place initials in the regular order of first, middle, and last include the block font and Old English font. These fonts are set up to personalize all letters the same size, so there is no particular emphasis on any initial. Block and Old English are fonts that are more commonly used on gifts for men, although not limited to men.
Why do I need to enter a thread color and font style? TOP
We want you to personalize the item. Just because we have an example of a bag with a specific thread color does not mean that you can’t choose another color. The same also goes for fonts. There are several styles you can use, and we do not want to limit you on just one choice.
When are new products coming out? TOP
Our manufacturer works year-round to come up with ideas for new products. You will see something new from Diva Posh Boutique throughout the year.

An item that I purchased is on backorder. When can I expect to receive it? TOP
Although most of our products are usually in stock with our manufacturer, with over 1,400 items they manufacture, you may run across something that is on backorder.
Our customer service department will provide you with the most up-to-date information on a product’s availability.
Many times, you won’t have to wait long for your new purchase. We will let you know there whether or not an item is on backorder. This is another reason we would like your phone number and email address at time of order.
**Remember, the majority of our products are hand-made one of a kind items and these take time to produce.**
Christmas is just around the corner, and I haven’t finished shopping yet. Can I still order and get my gifts in time? TOP
More than likely, the answer will be yes. Our Last Order Day for Christmas delivery is normally December 17th or 18th. We will let you know about our last ordering day and recommend different options on shipping to your location so that you have your gifts for the holiday season. The Diva Posh staff works diligently to make sure every Christmas order is ready and shipped to you on time.
I want to send a gift to someone. Can you include a card and wrap my gift? TOP
Yes. We will be more than happy to assist in gift wrapping and include a special note for your loved one or friend. Just let us know what you want to say, and we’ll make it happen.
There is a pendant I want personalized with initials, but I’m also thinking of having something engraved on the back. Can you do that? TOP
We can engrave a name or even a small message on the back of some pendants. Diva Posh strives to make your gifts personal, so ask us if it’s possible for your particular piece, and we can make recommendations on the personalization.
Adding to an Order TOP
No. We simply cannot add to orders once they are placed.
Once an order is
submitted, it gets placed in the production que, is distributed to the
appropriate department and the production process begins.
Return Policy TOP
Our Manufacturer requires:
1. A Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA)
must FIRST be obtained from our manufacturer,
so you must obtain one from us so that we can obtain this for you. This number allows us to track your package through the return process. Failure to indicate this RGA number on the
OUTSIDE of your package may result in delayed processing time.
2. A
copy of the original invoice with the returned item
circled must accompany the RGA.

All personalized jewelry and gifts are NON-RETURNABLE. If the products are damaged (see Damaged and Shortage Claims below), they will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order. If there is a change in the engraving, it will be charged as a new item.
4. All returns that are not damaged of a defect in materials or workmanship will be assessed a
15% restocking fee. These goods must also be returned in their original packaging and in resalable
condition. 5.
All Merchandise carries a one (1) year warranty against breakage. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date other than items that are broken due to the defect in materials or workmanship.6. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of our manufacturer.
If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.7. Any applicable return postage credits will be issued only if the package is returned using US Postal Service. Creidts will not be issued for upgrade to Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation of Insurance.
8. Returns will not be processed for customers with past due account balances until the account is made current.
Damaged and Shortage Claims TOP
Our manufacturer requires:
Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported
to Diva Posh within 5 business days of receipt.
All damaged
merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a
claim with UPS.
An RGA number must be obtained before returning to
Diva Posh.
Returns for any reason will not be accepted without an RGA number issued by Diva Posh.

Back Orders TOP
While our manufacturer makes every effort to maintain stock of all
styles offered; this may not always be possible.
In the event an item
is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as
possible. When an item is back ordered, you will be given an
approximate arrival date. These dates cannot be guaranteed.
